running ryzen 1600 with Gigabyte ab350 gaming 3 , I want to buy 2x8gb ddr4 ram at 3200 MHz and I am not sure about compatibility with my system, I have told to get Samsung b-die as they prove better performance , so can anyone recommend a make of ram>?

Here's a pretty comprehensive list of memory and the IC's used:

From what i've read/heard anything with cl14 at 3200mhz is a good guarantee it will be Samsung b-die, of course there will always be exceptions.
Anything listed with cl15+ could be using other manufacture IC's.

G.Skill Flare X 3200Mhz is made for Ryzen and i believe is always using Samsung b-die, it's also more expensive then most other kits, at least here in Australia.

I would cross check with your motherboard memory support list to make sure the memory you choose is compatible.
