did you try another game to see if it happens could be graphic itself try also at lower level of graphic .

That looks like a driver issue. I would use ddu and reinstall latest drivers....

i played the last of us part 1 1080x1920 medium graphic for 5 hours Nothing happened. after download new windows and the last driver after uninstall with ddu

I'd say either the power supply is failing and not supplying enough voltage to the graphics card or the graphics card is failing.
Replacing one of them at a time with a known good part would be a good way to narrow it down.

It sounds like that was your problem then.

then you could test psu with occt and for gpu use gpu-z rendering option and check temp and other in hwinfo .

I don't have the money to replace one of them but I'll try as soon as possible

Depending on the model, the power supply is most likely the cheaper of the two. As long as you buy directly from Amazon you could easily return the power supply if the issue turns out to be the graphics card.
