help please urgent

Hi , I'm buying PALiT GT 610 2 GB ddr3 and i put on the pc but when i turn on pc i see that the black screen..first i putting the vga cable in vga out ( for integrated card) second on vga out of gt 610 but i see always the black screen and the fan is worked

Try this:
Shut down the PC.
Connect the monitor to the output of the graphics card.
Start up the PC.
Install the drivers for the graphics card if you didn`t already.

Let us know what are the results of this.

Begin by removing the card and plugging your monitor into the integrated port (part of the motherboard input/output panel at the rear). If the computer outputs display in this manner try installing the 610 again and using the port at its rear (it may only be poorly seated). If that does not work try a different PCI-e slot for the graphics card. If the card does not output display in any slot it may very well be a dead card (a running fan does not indicate an operable device).

I have already done that but I see nothing..only black screen

If i plug the monitor into the integrated port... and trying to install gt 610 ..he saying no hardware .and if i shut down pc and plug the card i see the black screen

Does your GPU have any power connectors? If yes, are you connecting the GPU to the PSU using the power cables?

no this card is without power connector

i pluging the card on a different slot pci and this time the pc run but when i try to install the driver he say this graphic driver could not find compatible graphics hardware

This sounds like you are trying to install the wrong driver.
Download the driver corresponding to yout Windows version, and install it:

the problem was in the VGA connector on the card

yes the VGA connector was broken down...
