[SOLVED] Help please,

I think i downloaded some gpu memory crap and a bunch of things idk i messed with bios trying to fix the csgo stuttering from this new nvidia update. I have a
i9-9900k 3.6ghz
rtx 2080
az390 aorus
2 16g ram (32g) hyperx
ima complete compter noob
so my cpuid is showing
clocks core #0
4700-3000mhz but is dropping to 500-800 and back up and down every other few seconds
multiplier is (8-50)
bus speed is 100mhz
i think i messed someting up? my bios is set at high performance and xmp on but this guys tutorial definitly messed my system up.

Reset CMOS to restore your BIOS to it's base settings.

Look to your motherboard manual for instructions on how to do so.

in BIOS you can load optimized defaults it will clear everything so you can start over= to clearing CMOS
