Help problem with pc Hdmi or Graphics card

Well to start of I state that im using the pc that has this problem, when i turn it off or put it to sleep and turn it back on , I'am hit with no signal message on both my monitor and my tv. I have tried using multiple hdmi cables and all the ports on both monitor and tv. Could it be my video card is going bad, loose hdmi port on the card. I dont have much m oney to have some repair it , so i would like to do this my self. If any one can help me Much THANKS!!!!!!

If the HDMI port on your GPU is loose, yes, that could very well be the problem.

How old is it? A lot of GPUs have a 3 year warranty. You might be able to RMA it.
