[SOLVED] HELP !!! Random Shutdown When Connected To Internet

I have an Aspire V5-552P-X440 laptop and it randomly shuts down whenever it is connected to the internet. It doesn't matter if it is WIFI or LAN cable. We have tried completely wiping the computer and reinstalling windows but it is still having random shutdowns only when connected to the internet.

Is it bluescreen or just complete shuttdown

It freezes for a few minutes, then the screen goes black and the system boots as if it is just starting up.

Update bios. Software Or OS related issue would give you bsod.

Have you tested without battery and only power cable connected Or the other way around, only battery no power cable?

Are you using usb for WiFi? Remove all peripherals and test. You could also try disabling wlan card In bios then test. And do the Same with lan card. Disable In bios and test issue with other connection

All Updated but I will double check. Battery can not be removed.

Not using USB for WIFI. Nothing connected. I will try to disable stuff in bios.
