Samsung EVO 970 1TB reading and writing at 180 MB/s. I saw a similar post about someone having speeds
close to 1000 MB/s and tried following this "Go to Device Manager > Disk drivers > Samsung 970 evo plus > Policies and untick the write cache dialog box, run the benchmark again in crystal disk" but no success. The drive is at 92% capacity but wouldn't expect it to cause this large of a drop in performance.

Boot drive is a crucial CT120M500

1. Write cache is still enabled. My understanding from the post was essentially to turn it off and back on which is all I did.

2. Power on hours is 36271 . I can't find TBW here is a screenshot of Cystal

3. I ran a diagnostic scan in Samsung magician. It doesnt seem to be throwing any errors. Saying drive is in good condition. Dashboard doesn't seem to be populating with a lot of info.

USAFRet you're a hero. Apparently the computer I inherited had the third HDD drive installed that I didn't know about so I never formatted my m.2 and thought that WD HDD drive was the M.2

Never noticed until now... read/write on the m.2 is screaming at 3200 on both respectively after formatting it...

Thanks so much for your help!
