HELP! System not working

We put all the parts together for the computer I bought and it isn't working. It powers on, the fans turn, et. but there's no beep of any kind, no video displayed to the monitor, nothing. It just powers on to move the fans and that's it.

Did you plug in the 4pin cpu power plug (if it has one, or even 6pin on some newer).
Ive seen those symptoms alot from people not plugging this extra power plug in. Its usually around the cpu and is a square 4pin plug.
