Help to choose PSU

Hi, I actually want to ask if my PSU is enought to power my pc

I have a AMD Phenom x6 1090T
4gb RAM
500GB Sata 3 WD
AMD R9 280X

And I have an Cooler Master Silent Pro 600w

My idea is to expand my memory to 8gb and buy an SSD (Kingston v300 120gb)

Do you think my PSU can stand to this hardware? Should I buy a 750w PSU?

600W is enough for that CPU and that GPU.

This PSU will power your single video card system without any problems. Even a 500W 80+ bronze PSU would do.

SSD's are ultra power efficient and neither is RAM a big consumer, so yes.

CPU and GPU are the major power consumers, everything else is tiny compared to those two.
