Help upgrading mobo

Hi guys, this is the second time im upgradign my mother board. I want to know if i can upgrade without losing the data on my hdd. Currently I have an M5A78L-M LX PLUS with a 780g chipset and using an fx 6300. Im upgrading to a M5A99FX PRO R2.0 with an 990fx chipset and im pairing it with an fx 8350. I really dont feel like redownloading 20+ games so is there anyway i can keep all of that? Thanks for the help.

Changing your components will not affect your hdd.
But your windows activation might not like the new parts (it might think it is in a different computer).
