Question HELP! USB is no longer recognized

my USB is not being recognized on my Mac. I know its from improper removal. How do I recover w/o loss of files

yes its not working on others as well

So what happened is, your flash drive has been damaged and is highly unlikely to recover those files. You have damaged all of the files on the flash drive and it will stay this way even if you get them back. It is dead.
