Help w physx

is it better to go sli + dedicated physx or go tri sli?
is sli + dedicated even possible? will it use higher power than tri sli?
my pc specs are intel C2Q 9550 at 3.2ghz / 1800 mhz ocz reaper 4gb / 3 x gtx 260 / psu not yet confirmed

Better have tri SLi.... and enable PhysX... No need of dedicating a card for PhysX unless it is a medium level 8 series card..

btw if i just leave the pc on or surf the web will the computer use all 3 gpus or just one gpu?

There all working, how hard depends on what you are doing. When I'm just surfing the machine is using 405W of power but if I'm playing Crysis I'm averaging 750W.

did you overclock your cpu and gpu?
im still thinking about what psu to get
probably will get hx850 or ultra x3 1k

CPU 3.4GHz, If I were you 900 to 1000W PSU to be safe.

you think 850w wont work at all with three 260s?
btw i dont have that much stuff in my case, only like 2 hdds and 1 dvddrive thats it
