Question HELP!! When I enter either the correct BitLocker PIN or Windows PIN it says it is incorrect

Yesterday I did an experiment, I wanted to see what happens if I enter the wrong BitLocker PIN too many times. Well, now I find out what happens! For some reason, today my PINs (both BitLocker PIN and the Windows login PIN) and fingerprint are not recognized anymore. The only thing still working is the BitLocker recovery key. Right now I can't pass the Windows login PIN. I have a T480 Thinkpad.

What could be the reason my PINs and fingerprint are not recognized anymore?

Pretty much standard security protocols. Too many incorrect entries and you're locked out whether you later enter the proper codes or not.
