Help when installing on hard drive

Hi, first of all i dont have GREAT english because were i study they dont tech english, i got a problem when installing windows 7 on my new computer, when i try to install it this error message pop up : Windows cannot be installed to this disk, this computers hardware may not support booting to this disk, Ensure that the disks controller is enabled in the computers BIOs menu.
So this is my first build and i dont know how to fix this, the specs of my pc are:
CPU: Intel pentium g3258
MOBO: MSI H81-E33
RAM: HYPERX Fury black 1866mhz( i think but not sure)
Hard drive: Samsung 250gb 2.5 ( didnt have a hard drive when i was building the pc so i use this one)
Gpu: (none, later ill buy one)
PSU: Cougar 550w semi-modular 80 plus bronze
sooo if you guys know how to solve this ill be so happy, because i dont have amy more budget left and only the specs that are ther cost me: 325 dollars whitout the gpu! and i was saving money around 2 years, thanks
 

so i changed to ACHI but didnt do anything, now i see in windows installation ti says: disk 0 unallocated space, that means anything?

 

So i tried everything you said, also i tried put it to ide, change where is conected and disabled ACHI mode but i cant pass it, the message always appears, so i dnot know what to do, please help
