This is what I came up with, anything I should change to save some money or get better performance?

Solution
If you don't need USB 3.0 thats up to you, but the MSI 760GMA-P34 is a MicroATX motherboard and won't completely fill out all the space in the Rosewill Challenger. So just beware that the motherboard will look small inside that case. I would still go for the Gigabyte 950 because it has dual fans and should run cooler and quieter than the EVGA mini ITX model.
I edited your list a little bit and this is what I came up with

I like the new motherboard, power supply, and ram. Why the Gigabyte 950 over the EVGA? Also, I dont need the usb 3.0 so i dont want a different case, the one I chose has amazing ratings with LED fans

Some of the items you chose had shipping that wasnt calculated yet.

Here is an updated version of what I'm thinking about getting

Solution
The rosewill case still supports a mini atx motherboards, My brother is gonna look at the glowy fans on the outside anyways not the inside.
I'll swap to the Gigabyte 950 that does seem better.
Thanks he's gonna be really happy with this build, He currently plays on low setting on a laptop.
