Do you need to buy OS: NO

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: Amazon.in , Flipkart.com

Parts Preferences: My preference is AMD CPU and NVidia for GPU, But care only about the value, can pick another way around also

Overclocking: Not interested

SLI or Crossfire: No

Your Monitor Resolution: My 24" is 1920x1080

Additional Comments: Don't need any bling like window or LEDs

GPU prices are even higher in India, so should i wait or should i go for it?

I see Crucial MX 500 and Samsung 970 Evo Plus drives at Flipkart. Both are good choices.
