Hi all
As the title says I need some help checking how well this build works and if there are any better parts in a similar price range. I've basically been building this in his place as he knows very little and isnt that motivated to learn about this. Just wants the experience. This pc will be for gaming. He wnats to play games like CODBlack Ops 3, Overwath, Minecraft, and other similar games on at least medium settings and 60ish fps.

Parts:
Intel i5-4690 LGA1150 Socket 22nm Quad Core 3.5GHz Desktop CPU

Asus MAXIMUS VII RANGER Intel Z97 Chipset Socket 1150 ATX Desktop Motherboard

Kingston Hyper-X Fury HX316C10FRK2/8 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin SDRAM DDR3 1600 Desktop Memory

SeaSonic S12II 520W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply

Galax 96NQH8DVD9CJ NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960 EXOC 4GB GDDR5 128bit PCI-Express 3.0 Desktop Graphics Card (not sure if i should just switch it to an R7 270 or not)

-bit of other info:
im South African places like new egg and the likes aren't gonna work for me cause shipping....
My parents are paying so there isnt much negotiting on raising the budget. Can go a SMALL but more if needed.
Theseare the two main places i'm using to buy. They're local so not much shipping and the price better there: http://www.wootware.co.za/ and http://www.landmarkpc.co.za/store/index.php
Colour scheme is red/black.
If I forgot to add any important parts please say so. I'll add it ASAP.

Thanks inadvance!

Solution
Looks good, if you could go just a bit more get the 4690K, then down the road could get a cooler like an H7 (about $30) and prolong the life of the rig by OCing the CPU
