i am going to get a degree from devry and the options that interest me are all bachelor's...
1. Engineering technology - computers (not BS computer engineering due to it being online not campus)
2. Computer information systems - systems security
3. Computer information systems - database administration

what will have the following

1. highest pay starting and median
2. most available jobs
3. career longevity

also if it is regionally accredited but not by ABET is it a deal breaker? and what jobs would i get with each degree.

thank you in advance for the advice

Online degrees are trash, period. There is no viable substitute for a classroom setting.

Despite what you may perceive from Devry's advertisements, employers laugh at resumes that list degrees from online institutions, for-profit institutions, and non-accredited institutions. Take a quick look at the legal controversies that Devry and Everest have been involved in.

ABET accreditation is an absolute must for professional degrees (engineering, nursing, architecture, medicine, law, etc...) as such degrees are legally worthless without it. It is not a complete deal breaker for non-professional degrees, but you will still be competing against graduates from accredited colleges.
