Question Help with freezes

I reset my computer and now my pc freezes a lot when I'm watching streams or videos. And cant figure out why? All my drivers are up to date including graphics card. Before i fully reset it, it was fine... Any suggestions????

I was trying to play Valorant but it wouldn't launch the game and i tried reinstalling it but it kept saying system error so i just wiped my computer and Valorant works now. But my computers is way more laggy then before.

RX 480
16 GB RAM
Gigabyte B250M-DS3H
Samsung SSD's

reinstall all the windows update? chipset update? gpu driver update?
how full is the ssd?
check cpu/gpu temp and usage during the game?
