Help with gaming laptop

I've been using MSI Ge72 Apache 2QL for 2 years and since the day i bought it i've always had a hard time getting good fps in games. I bought this laptop looking at benchmarks for games i'd play and all videos showed at least 40-50 average fps on the highest settings and i'm stuck here getting 30 fps with 1366x768 resolution and lowest settings in Rainbow Six Siege or Witcher 3. There's a friend of mine with the same laptop and he has no problems playing both of these games at 60 FPS and above. What could be the cause of this problem? Those temps on your processor are pretty toasty don't ya think? During the 2 years you've had that laptop, did you ever have had it cleaned? You could clean it and reapply thermal paste or try to get someone professional to do it for you.
