Help with headphone/mic connection

Does anyone know how to connect the headphone jacks from a thermaltake tsunami to an Asus A8V Deluxe?
Do they go through the Audigy 2zs? All the cords are marked didfferently than the connection points on the mobo, so I'm just a bit
completely lost...

As far as I know, if you're using an Audigy 2 for sound, you can't connect your front panel headphones. That is, unless you rewire them for a minijack and run the cable out of the back, then into the back of the soundcard.
