Did a clean install of Win 11 and I can't get Device Security to qualify - i.e. in Device Security, it shows "Standard hardware security not supported"

I think that in my previous install I got it to work, had problems getting TPM set up as I recall, but now the problem is that TPM is enabled and running, but am getting an error saying PCR7 binding is not possible. Can anyone help me get this working?

I think the 2 lines indicating issues in the system info output below are:

PCR7 Configuration: Binding Not Possible, and

Device Encryption Support: Reasons for failed automatic device encryption: PCR7 binding is not supported, Hardware Security Test Interface failed and device is not Modern Standby, Un-allowed DMA capable bus/device(s) detected

I am not using BitLocker.

Here is the system info output - View: https://i.imgur.com/AhLX2PM.png

I have a feeling that at some point in the last year, I might have messed around with the PCI Express Native Power Management settings when I was having difficulty getting the PC to sleep - could those settings be screwing up my Modern Standby capability?

Any help greatly appreciated!

FWIW - I have managed to get S3 standby enabled, but no changes otherwise...

Originally the PCI Express Native Power Management was disabled.
I enabled that line only.

This didn't seem to change anything.

I tried settings below as well - it enabled S3 standby (which was originally not enabled) but Modern Standby still not available in Win 11.

After last change:
C:\Windows\System32>powercfg /a
The following sleep states are available on this system:
Standby (S3)
Hibernate
Fast Startup
