Question HELP WITH LAN MAC / IP Blocking from accessing PMS PLEX Server

Good morning!

I have a dedicated PC setup as a Plex Server (PMS) and I need to block a LAN PC /ip/MAC from accessing.
I've tried using the window firewall to block that IP and nothing.
I have also tried using the HOSTS file to block the LAN IP.

I have an RT-88ACU Router and was thinking there is a way to use that to block it.
Maybe setup the IP to bypass the LAN somehow?
Or is there a 3rd party app I can use?

Can anyone point me in the right direction on how to hide my PMS from that LAN MAC/IP?

NVM I figured it out in the windows firewall.
