Question Help with lancool 2 front RGB please

List of relevant parts:
-Lian li lancool 2
- asus tuf gaming x570 plus wifi board
-Masterwatt 750w semi modular, 80+ bronze psu

Once I finished the build I connected the 3 pin ( addressable) rgb female cable to the correspondent 3 pim connector on the board. I turned on the power everything worked except for the front panel rgb. I’ve been trying to find a solution to no avail. Has anybody else encountered this problem, if so have you found a solution? Please help.

Also I’m not sure how much this matters but my motherboard has a 12 pin (4+8) connector for the CPU; my PSU corresponding cable only has an 8 pin connector only 4 of which are keyed to match my motherboard. So in conclusion I’m only using 4 out of 12 connectors on my motherboard.

did you connect the sata for front panel led power? and to control it using mobo you need to change the mode of led using the front io button
