Help with motheboard and psu

Please help upgrading new components plan to replace fx 8120 for i5 4690k, I have power supply XFX 550 W but I was wondering which motherboard would be ok for this proc maybe for future oc, interests me right r9 270x card 'll take later maybe after 1-3 months after I watched the Z97 ANNIVERSARY,Z97 PCMate,Z97 pro 3, z97 pro 4,Z97 extreme or maybe z97 gaming AC
I know that some boards have only four phase , think it oc in future nothing too special have arctic cooler and yea most important no Sli/ crossfire needed.

hm it seems i can only get max for budget gaming 3 but I heard is throtling somtimes is that true Im from croatia and here gaming 3 is 130 euro and is top what i can get for that

do i really need board with more then 4 power phase for i5 4690k and is it worth to buy k version if Im going to oc on air

yea i was looking 1st time this board have also now 990fx ex3 and Im happy but what I more looking at all of this boards I really dontk now what to get or should i go k version for games or no k is really that diffirence I have arctic freezer atm on fx 8120 3.7 ghz 23° atm

just need to say i get 4690 no k with h97 hd3 and is awesome all working perfect actually with my old hd 6850 is still good and now Im going soon to get r9 280 so cheers all for help and tips
