I really can't spend more than 720.
Also, will I need to purchase anything that has the usb drives, sd card reader, etc. or is that stuff preinstalled on the case? Do I NEED a DVD player, since I download all of my games? what about a wifi reader? should I just use a dongle? Do I need any tools? Will it be rather easy to tell where what parts go where??

How well o you think it will run BF3/ FarCry3?

I like Tiny Voices build. Personally I prefer AMD but it's hard to argue with a dead on budget build. No reason to change anything there, it should perform very well.

You can drop the DVD reader if you don't think you'll need it. My PC doesn't have one, and might never have one.

Keep in might that is using OLD drivers. Performance should be up slightly for every card there, but don't expect miracles.

TV, it says this on your build.. ASRock H77 Pro4/MVP ATX LGA1155 Motherboard has an onboard USB 3.0 header, but the Cooler Master Elite 430 ATX Mid Tower Case does not have front panel USB 3.0 ports.

It doesnt matter. Just use the usb 2.0 onboard header for the case.

what about an fx 4100? And maybe a cheaper graphics card? i was looking at a Radeon 7850 with only 1gb of GDDR5 RAM. Would I notice a big drop?

its a good video card. Should play game son high settings. Maybe newer games will need a mix of medium and high settings.

The fx4100 isn't very good. The 4300 is much better. Still not great however. If you want to go AMD, get an fx6300.
