Hi there, I'm new at this

My system's idle temperature is 45-50C and while gaming it get's from 61 to 70C(sometimes 72). my idle temp seems very high considering what I saw in other forums and YouTube videos. So I changed my cpu and system fan speeds from my BIOS as below. Please can anyone suggest me if this is a good setting? systemfan 1 is rear fan and 3 is the front one. Also when I applied this settings my idle temperature is still at 50C on Ryzen master. Considering there are no noise issues. I want to make it cool and power efficient as much as possible.

CPU fan:

45C ~ 6000RPM (45%)
60C ~ 8000RPM (60%)
70C ~ 11000RPM (80%)
80C ~ 13500RPM (100%)

SYSFAN1(rear fan):

45C ~ 8000RPM
61C ~ 10500RPM
70C ~ 12000RPM
80C ~ 13500RPM(100%)

SYSFAN2 (front fan):

56C ~ 6000RPM
65C ~ 10500RPM
73C ~ 12000RPM
84C ~ 13500RPM(100%)

My specs:
Ryzen 3100
16GB 3000mhz RAM
MSI B450 TOMAHAWK MAX
GTX 750 TI

Also please advice me on how to optimize gpu fans on MSI afterburner.

Thanks.
