HELP! With my system?

I just finished building my PC today and when I turn it on every thing starts working and then it shuts off repeatedly. One time I tried it and then it turned on but then there was no signal to my monitor... I reset my MOBO with the reset switch and it continues to do that same on of thing no matter how much I turn it off and on.

Double check all connections, including the power cables to your video card. Also the 8pin power connection to your motherboard.

I did all of that, and It still does that.
