This is the Intel IGP not the nvidia card so does your system just not detect the nvidia one at all?

I did some searching, but didn't come up with anything particularly helpful. Most of the people describing this issue didn't seem to be able to fix it at all. You could check to see if the BIOS is up to date and see if there are any options regarding the card being enabled there. One post I saw multiple people mentioning the Lenovo logo taking longer than expected to appear and these sounded like damaged laptops.
