Help with obs setting

Sorry to annoy you guys with the most asked question ever.

I’m getting shuttering on my stream. But no lag in game or dropped frames. And when it’s not lagging everything kinda looks blurry.

Preset is veryfast

Would even appreciate a rough guid line to follow when setting up

Thought I would be able to get a pretty decent quality stream with this set up

First, try recording with those exact settings, if your still getting blurryness and stutters, then it's probably your configuration, if not then it's a twitch issue.
