Help with OCing CPUS

I say the enthusiast comp on the system builders marathonand they OCed the 8500 to 4.32 GHz I think.. Im planning on buying the parts and stuff.. And was wondering about the OCing .. This would be m first OC and i was wondering what program or command or what the hell ever to use??? Please help!
