Help with OCing!!

Well guys i'm a avid gamer and i love to build my own systems and this is just my other toy with system until the AM2's come out and i do OC a little but i really want to OC this pc.My other PC which i love to death is a FX60 that OC's excellent with my ASUS board with the AI feature and everything else.

I have a,

AMD 64 3700+
ASUS K8V SE Deluxe
1GB of Ultra PC3200 (2x512MB)
36.7GB Raptor
XFX 6800 128MB AGP
Creative Labs SB

If possible if i could get some OC tools and or some help with the BIOS configs and the setup.
