i connected everything correctly but when i hit the switch on everything starts flickering and i can hear a noise in the power supply , but it was working fine with another computer , i wonder if any of the components is bad , what might be the problem? or if some one had this issue before so i can resolve it.

here is a link to the video when i turn it on.

There's possibly a short somewhere. I hate to do this to you but can you breadboard the system outside of the case. If it works now, look for an errant standoff in the cases motherboard tray.

i see you have an Earthwatts 750w PSU but which case is that?
