Question Help with poor performance

My pc is performing way below, can someone help me fix it ?

Very high background CPU (100%). High background CPU reduces benchmark accuracy. This was on your report. Before you run another test, shutdown any apps, programs running in the background to include open pages and any open internet pages. Then run another test and post that one up as long as you do not receive another high background cpu usage report with it.

Also wouldn't hurt to set ram to Xmp.

Good catch, set xmp so your memory runs at its rated rate of 3000mhz that will definatley bump up performance alone.

Fix the high background usage by closing all the necessary programs and disabling startup tasks, only leave the most important ones, and get an SSD at least for the OS.
