Help with skyrim?

Ok i want to know if there are any mods that make you not dragonborn so i could play as a normal thief or soldier in the army or something. So basically i wouldnt be able to shout,asorb dragon souls,and learn word wall stuff. And i wont be summoned by the greybeards.

I don't think there is any mod that can completely alter the fact that the Dragonborn's abilities and quests are hard-coded into the game. There is one that changes the beginning of the game and the player's background, and I think comes closest to what you want:

It lets you choose a different background and beginning for the game. To keep from acquiring the Dragonborn's abilities you will still need to purposely ignore the main quest.

I know there is a mod that disables the main quest line and removes dragons from the game. Downside is you never get to become Dragonborn. You can try to add shout by console command to see if that works. Shouts kind of suck anyway, one of the only good ones was Marked for Death which is bugged if you have Dawnguard.
