Help with this mobo?

I found this old Socket 462 motherboard laying around that I'd like to build for kicks. I can't find anything on this motherboard though. It's a Jetway FP-VAKT266-1. Looks like it can support SD and DDR ram. I'm not sure what what the max speeds or capacity is though. And I can probably only use one type of ram at a time I'm guessing?

I guess you couldn't find much about MB either. One thing is sure that you can use only one kind of RAM, SDRAM or DDR1. With SDRAM it always had to be one kind, either single or double sided, with DDR1 possibly somewhat less of compatibility problem but it still may play a role.
