Help with Usb pen 8 Gb lost partition / mbr

few days ago when operating copy/paste files I have get an error message reading of win xp on Usb pen 8 GB. now I need tips on how to retrieve data as there is no more formatting (I guess Fat) and appears as Raw.

[Up] Someone can give me some information for restoring the partition (or Mbr) and the data stored into the lost usb pen (8 Gb) ????

for example a name of program (preferable open source or free to use) ??
