Help With Watercooling

I need help picking a few different products for a water cooled PC I'm hoping to build.

1) A mid tower case good for water cooling. I'm looking for something that can hold 2x 240mm radiators and won't take up too much desk space.

2) How much soft tubing do I need for a single CPU, single GPU loop?

3) Any recommendations on an affordable pump/reservoir combo?

What do you consider affordable? From what I've read (I don't have hands on experience building a custom loop yet I'm actually in the process myself) the Lang D5 pump/res combo is supposed to be really awesome and I think it's about $250.

I'm currently looking at the EK XRES 140 which is a pump/res combo for around $150. I think this might be what I go with, but I'm not sure.
