Is there a way to undervolt or disable the XMP 2.0 of a RAM on a Notebook?

I have a Samsung Galaxy Book 2
Its specifications are:
i5 1135G7
Intel Iris Xe 80EU
12GB (1x8 3200Mhz + 1x4 2666MHz) (It came from the factory with only 8GB 3200MHz).

I recently bought the Corsair Vengeance SODIMM 8GB 3200MHz XMP 2.0 to replace the 4GB of RAM and make use of Dual Channel.

But every time I try to connect the 8GB 3200 that came with the Notebook and the 8GB 3200 from Corasair, it just won't let me even enter the boot screen.

The 8GB 3200 RAM that came from the factory works fine on it's own and with the other 4GB 2666 ram.

However, the Corsair RAM does not turn on. But it turns on with the RAM of 2666.

I would like to know if there is a way for me to force the Corsair RAM to lower the frequency to 2933, 2666... Whatever. As long as it works, it's fine with me.
