whats up guys,

Im new to this forum and also new to overclocking and need your help.

here are my pc specs:

Motherboard: Asus P5N-E SLI (650i 4RAM 2XSLI SND LAN RAID FireW)
CPU: Core 2 Quad Q9300 Quad-Core (2.5GHz 6MB 1333FSB)
RAM Memory: 6GB 667MHz (2X-2GB + 2X-1GB) DDR2 PC5300 RAM
Hard Drive: 500GB 7200RPM SATA2 HDD
Optical Drive: BLACK 20X Dual Layer DVD-RW Burner
Video Card: nVidia GeForce 8600GT 1GB DDR2 128-Bit PCIe
PC Tower Case: AOPEN BLACK T600 Nouveau Mid Tower
Power Supply: Cooler Master 500W PCAR HEAVY LOAD

i have a Fan: 120mm Sleeve bearing fan with my psu and i have a 120mm + 90mm Fan with my tower and i have a Approved Heasink & Fan for my processor.

my core clock is:540(default)
my shader clock is: 1180(default)
my memory clock is: 400(default)

i wanted to ask you if my cooling is enough and how much should i overclock my graphics card.

dl ati tool it works with nvidia cards perfectly.... the main feature people use it for is the artifact detecting thing in atitool.. i overclocked my 7600GS 50% on core and mem. 1gig of ram on an 8800GT is un needed much less a 8600...oh well no use crying over spilt milk personally i just used ati tool's find max core and find max mem features...im too lazy LOL
