Hi, i am very interested in gaming, though, a graphics card like nvidia geforce GTX 295, i mean How's It's performance in rendering? I am a transportation designer. So i wanted to upgrade. Is GTX 295 better than nvidia quadro FX1800 in rendering capabilities? Do reply, it will be appreciated. Thank you.

From what i know the GTX 295 is for gaming

From what I understand, Workstation graphics cards have superior support for OpenGL which is used by most rendering programs. If you get a 295 with OpenGL 3.x support you should be fine, but I do not know for sure.
