Well these problems are solvable. Easy peasy.
Just have to make sure get the congress to force the fund managers ( run the pension funds and 401ks) to vote smaller income to these CEOs and directors.
How? Your pension fund or 401ks is invested in many of these coporations. That ownership means they vote in the directors who vote in the board. So simply if the 401k members can force there fund manager to vote on the income of the CEO and others. It will change. There is your solution.
