Going over your list. The motherboard is pretty good. I can't see it on alza or emag so i don't know the price.

What do you need from a motherboard? WiFi? USB-C? Lots of M.2 slots or not very many (2)?
If you're happy with the price, the UD is a solid choice.
However, the Gaming X is a better choice if the UD is not available:
https://www.alza.hu//gigabyte-b550-gaming-x-v2-d6163392.htm

(you will have to flash the motherboard before it accepts the 5600X CPU unless it comes flashed out of the box. It will need power and you'll need a USB stick to install the new BIOS)

The RAM is not a good idea. You will very soon start feeling the 16Gb limit. I suggest this instead:
https://www.alza.hu//g-skill-32gb-kit-ddr4-3200mhz-cl16-ripjaws-v-d5625554.htm

This WD SN580 is superior to the Crucial P3:
https://www.alza.hu/wd-blue-sn580-1tb-d7844409.htm

The 4060 is faster, uses less than half the power, and costs less. The 6800 non-XT is not a good choice at all. The 6750XT or 6800XT would be better than a RTX 4060.
https://www.alza.hu/gigabyte-geforce-rtx-4060-gaming-oc-8g-d7805972.htm

Unfortunately, the 4060 is not really "excellent" in 1440p gaming. It's decent, sometimes excellent but it lacks in performance.
Ideally you want a 7800XT:
https://www.alza.hu/xfx-speedster-merc319-radeon-rx-7800-xt-black-d8597650.htm
It will need a 600w PSU minimum, preferably 750w.
If you can't afford the 7800XT, i suggest the cheaper 4060. You may have to drop graphics quality, or lower the resolution to 1080p in some games.
Keep it until Easter next year when we expect great new next-gen GPUs from nvidia, intel and AMD. You might be able to upgrade then.

For a PSU you need something reliable between 500-650w, that also doesn't cost a lot of money.
Here are some choices:
https://www.alza.hu/cooler-master-mwe-700-white-230v-v2-d6727012.htm

The SeaSonic g12 is ok. It's cheap but still reliable. I would rather buy one of the beQuiet! models or the MWE 700w. It's pretty cheap because it's a 230V only model, but it's not bad.

This is what it would look like:

Get rid of the Cougar power supply, it's garbage. What other power supply options do you have?
Yeah, seconded and i offered as many as i could find. Good ones are nearly 2x the US price.

But the 4060 has just 8 gigs of VRAM which is not future-proof so yes I was thinking a 7700 xt or a 6800 or 6750 xt.

at nvidia i may choose 4060 ti 16 gig version but thats out of my budget
That's a terrible choice. Better go with a 7800XT or 7900GRE. But both are outside of your budget.
The extra VRAM on the 4060 Ti doesn't help it run any faster. It's still a weak GPU, only it's an expensive, slow GPU.

VRAM is usefull for the newest, demanding games that use a lot of VRAM, but also for modded games. For example games with hi-res packs and visual mods.
Those can eat up VRAM quickly.

You won't be able to future proof a GPU really. Esp. not now since within 6-12 months, the market will see a brand new line up from Nvidia, AMD and Intel.
Anything you buy today will become obsolete very quickly. You could save up for one of these next-gen GPUs, that way you would have something more future-proof.

As for VRAM, the Sparkle TITAN A770 has 16Gb VRAM and is still slower than a 4060.
The one you really want for excellent 1440p gaming is the 4070 Ti Super. Again, start saving money for it, and buy it when the prices come down, or buy one of the next gen GPUs when they come out. They're expected before next Easter.

You have the budget for excellent 1080p gaming, but not enough for 1440p. The best value GPU in Hungary is the RTX 4060. Or a RX 6750XT IF you can find one under 380 euro /w shipping to Hungary.

Your computer specs are not so great. You should improve your overall PC instead of looking for a bigger GPU.

(you will have to flash the motherboard before it accepts the 5600X CPU unless it comes flashed out of the box. It will need power and you'll need a USB stick to install the new BIOS)
We cannot know what version of BIOS is installed on the motherboard. It left the facotry some time ago. BIOS cannot be updated when the motherboard is still in a box, unsold.

The CPU is newer than the motherboard, so you will probably have to flash the BIOS before the CPU will work.
I say probably because maybe the motherboard isn't so old and it has a more up to date BIOS. BIOS version F10 is required for that CPU. Latest BIOS is version F18.

You have to download BIOS version F18 (available here).

Then take a USB and format it to FAT32. This will wipe all the files from the drive!!!
Do not format the USB drive to NTFS or exFAT. Make sure it's FAT32.

Then extract the downloaded BIOS file to the root of your flash drive, and rename it to GIGABYTE.bin

Use this USB stick to flash the BIOS on your new motherboard. plug it in, try to start the PC and wait.
Depending on motherboard model there may be some LED indicator.
Typically, the computer will start but it will not display anything. After a while the flashing process will begin. It lasts about 30s to 2 minutes.
After the flashing is complete, your PC will restart or shut down.
It might restart a few times. Just be patient.

Do NOT restart your computer manually while flashing is in progress. Thankfully, it is Q Flash Plus capable so BIOS can be restored if corrupted.

Once you get a new BIOS, the motherboard will be able to run the CPU and your PC will attempt to POST and enter BIOS where you can make changes if you need to. You should install Windows and ensure everything is running properly before enabling XMP/EXPO.

If you have more than one drive, do not connect any except the drive you're installing Windows to. Avoids problems with Windows setup and Boot order.
After Windows is installed, shut down the PC and reconnect other drives. Pain in the ass with NVMe drives, but what can you do.

You can read more instructions in your motherboard manual and these pages:
(scroll down to Ultra Durable and the QFlash info/video)

(scroll down to where it talks about DualBIOS and Q Flash Plus)

These don't need a BIOS flash (probably). They cost more though. Flashing BIOS for a new CPU is kinda normal. New CPUs come out for existing sockets/motherboards. Only way to make it compatible is via a BIOS update.
Only difference is you will have to update the BIOS on a brand new motherboard.

If you're affraid, get a more experienced friend to help you, or change the CPU/motherboard combo to something compatible out of the box.
