Generally, pre-built gaming pcs are more expensive than building one. The one you said above is a pretty good price for a pre-built, since manufacturers mark up prices pretty high. If you get that system, get the one from eBay above, and change the power supply before turning it on if possible.

Sounds good but I won't choose it
You can have better motherboard, SSD and PSU with that kind of price
