my moniter just died. I want to fix it. Service center won't help. I have a AUSU, MODEL VZ229H moniter. As usual I started moniter in the morning and it won't turn on, I tried everything. I even opened it but I don't know so much about the ic and transistor so I just check the wires and all the connection and everything seems fine. I went to the sevice center but they are saying we can't. I need your help. I got a multimeter and sotering kit

The issue that you need to understand is that you went to a service center, or so that's how I'm perceiving it. You should visit a skilled repair center who specialize in reviving seemingly dead panels/monitors. If we're to guide you to a repair, chances are you might just ruin a possibly repairable panel to the point of not being able to be repaired by a skilled technician later on.

I concur with Boju's suggestion.

I went to service center the guy there was like it's dead we need to replace the whole thing without even opening it or even taking a good look. But i will try to find someone skillful. Thanks 😌

Yeah they will say that for you to spend money on new one first but check to see if it can be fixed and check price for the repair. If it cost alot then might as well buy brand new one!

I used to repair TVs and monitors down to component level. These days unless you have access to the circuit diagrams, JTAG diagnostic test software and a binocular hot air re-work station, the best you can do is replace the entire board, which often costs more than a new monitor. It might be worth doing on a $3,000 studio monitor, but not on a low cost screen.
