my motheroards ram type is ddr3 does that mean my gpu has to be gddr3 also? cuz the rtx 3050 has gddr5. i would appreciate any help you could give me!
heres my specsNo, the GPU does not have to be the same "DDR" as the motherboard RAM.
But...what are the rest of the specs of this system?
Especially, the PSU.
Make/model of everything, please.
ty man, yeah i settled on getting a rx 590 8gb or a 2060. thanks for the info tho man!I would never recommend a GPU as overpriced and underpowered as an RTX 3050 to anyone but any motherboard with a PCI-Express slot is compatible with it.
An even better choice than those would be an RX 6600. They're just $200 new these days and come bundled with a free copy of Starfield:ty man, yeah i settled on getting a rx 590 8gb or a 2060. thanks for the info tho man!
