Question Hey I really need help bad I really don’t wanna waste all of this money plz help me plz

I recently got a new gpu and decided to delete my old gpu drivers and I installed my new one and it didn’t work so I put my old one back in and now I’m stuck on bios and it WILL not go into windows at all when I turn it on it goes straight to bios my pc worked fine before I uninstalled the gpu drivers please I really need help I hope it’s a small issue.

and can’t get a usb window install stick

They don't mean a commercial windows with a new key that comes on usb.
If you have any old usb drive that is 8Gb or larger you can download windows directly from MS and write it to the usb.
You are just goin gto use it to see if the system boots up from it, do not try to install to your disk.
