Yes, I was wondering what sort of fans are mounted on those holes, I was having trouble finding any models online.

Looks like basic vent holes, not necessarily for fan mounting. Is this an OEM case (like an HP or Dell)?

You might be able to mount 60mm fans (or smaller). However, they usually produce a lot of noise and don't move a lot of air.

I think you're right I don't know I bought it a long time ago as a used PC. Can those fans be mounted individually or they come bound as one?

I would NOT try to mount fans there. The holes in that plate are 'way too small and would severely limit the air flow you could get from any fan there. Unless you can find a way to mount a fan there without that plate at all, there's nothing to be gained.
