My gpu is NOT going into BIOS while doing so Just shuting down. What is it?
Yeah it can be any of 100’s of reasons. Your ram could be bad, memory controller no longer stable, electrical shorts tripped over-current protection, bad PSU, tripped overheat protection, corrupted BIOS from last bios flash, unintentional changes to bios settings, etc.

First, get USAFRet that complete list.

Second, is your computer permanently shutting down? IE you have to flip the PSU power switch in order for the computer to start again?
Or does the computer shut down but starts again when you hit your case’s power button?
Or does the computer boot loop like it’s trying to successfully start but instead continually starts over?

Do you get an error screen, blue screen, etc? And if so what error message do you get? Ex: Watchdog Timer Error.

Does your computer beep before it shuts down, or show you a black screen with white text at the bottom says “CPU temp limit warning” or something of that nature?

Did this start happening immediately after a BIOS flash? Or was the newest bios put on the system some time ago and the computer worked for a while before this started happening.

Finally, is there something you did immediately before this started happening? Ex: was messing around in bios and may have unintentionally changed a setting? If so, did you clear the CMOS to revert the bios settings back to stock?

Sorry to bombard you with all these questions but it seems you live in a time zone that most users are not in so just maximizing the time where our schedules mesh.
