Hi! I have windows 10 64 bit

I have w10 pro 64 bit and my pc shows 4gb installed and 3gb usable i tried msconfig also tried cleaning my ram slots and going in the system protection》advanced》performance》advanced》virtual memory. But they did not work.Hope you can help me

I also tried the bios fix but did not work*not upadating it
